Colorado's
Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Water Quality
Control Division wanted everyone in the state to know what was involved
in measuring and controlling the quality of Colorado's water. Their
two-pronged approach of a booklet and website ensured that anyone
who was looking for information on this important subject was sure
to find it.
Designed
to be accessible by people using older computers on low-bandwidth
connections, the Water Quality site is easy-to-use, and quick-loading.
Its compact size also fits onto older 14-inch monitors. A simple
navigation bar at the top of the page covers all the key topics.
As some sections scroll off the bottom of the screen, the nav bar
is repeated in text form at the bottom of each page, making it easy
to navigate to another section without scrolling back up to the
top of the page. Notchcode also created a PDF of the compainion
print piece for downloading from the web site. Contact
