Leichtling
& Associates, LLC needed a way for potential clients to gain
a better understanding of its wide variety of services without sending
out pages and pages of printed information. Their
website, www.leichtlingassoc.com,
provided a means for their audience to find out about services that
were of specific interest to them, without wading through reams
of printed matter. Notchcode
worked closely with the client to determine the target audiences
and how to reach them effectively. The navigation bar on the left
organizes the information in the site by products: consulting, workshops,
coaching, and peresentations. The navigation bar at the top organizes
the same information into themes: change mastery, developing leadership,
building teams, and so on. This method of presenting information
in different ways helps the end user find their way to the right
information in as few clicks as possible. For
example, this page on the left shows the top "change mastery"
page, with sub-sections followed by a quote specific to that section
and an overview of the topic. Subtle changes in the look of the
pages from section to section key the user into where they are in
the site, such as the green-tinted photograph of Dr. Leichtling
corresponding to the green button for "change mastery".
