Leichtling
& Associates came to Notchcode with a situation that many
successful small businesses find themselves in. For five years they
had been building up a reputation as a reliable, innovative management
consultancy, offering mentoring, coaching, workshops, and presentations
to assist their clients in change mastery, organizational alignment,
personal skills expansion, and more. The owner, Ben Leichtling,
saw that it was time to expand his company's market and polish its
image.
Notchcode
took the time to learn about Leichtling & Associates' market
through interviews with Ben, an analysis of his competition's branding
and marketing efforts, and an analysis of his prospective demographics'
visual preferences. After gathering all this data, a number of concepts
were generated and presented to the client for review. Adjustments
were made to the winning concept until it carried across the image
of an established, professional, no-nonsense-yet-energized firm.
This branding effort was then carried through all of Leichtling
& Associates' marketing effortsfrom its letterhead and
brochures to websites and workshop materials. The consistent application
of Leichtling & Associates' new brand image is a key element
in putting a professional, polished image in front of their potential
clients.
